All seafood at Minato Market is sourced and ordered specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these items are perishable and purchased specially to fulfill your order, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise noted, our seafood is sourced directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market and imported fresh from Japan each week, bringing premium seafood straight to the Bay Area.

Whole Fish & Uni: Saturday at 4:59 PM PT

All Other Products: Wednesday at 11:59 PM PT

Orders placed by the applicable cutoff are scheduled for Friday delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed for the following Friday’s delivery.

Fresh seafood deliveries are typically made on Friday afternoons between 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

Delivery times may vary depending on flight arrival times from Tokyo, customs clearance, traffic, and other unexpected delays. We’ll always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible and will notify you if there is a significant delay.
